No agent is deployed without training. The programme has 16 modules: security and safety, access control and reception, patrols, key management, alarm systems, reporting, radio communication, conflict management, evacuation, fire fighting and first aid.
Duration: 3 days for new agents, 1 day for refreshers. Agents are evaluated at least once a year.
