Each level has defined responsibilities and works in coordination to guarantee a reliable, responsive service.
Operations Director
Oversees all security operations, sets direction and makes sure quality standards are met.
Project Manager
The client's point of contact, based in Djibouti. Builds schedules, organises training, carries out internal audits and reports daily to the Operations Director.
Inspectors
Surprise site checks (at least two per shift), 4x4 with radio and GPS, over 5 years' experience with diplomatic and military organisations in Djibouti, French/English speaking.
Site supervisor
Manages the site's agents daily: briefing, equipment checks, replacing absent agents, incident reports.
Radio operator
Link between management, inspectors and agents. Coordinates interventions and alerts state services in a major incident.
Security agent
Welcomes, screens and directs visitors, carries out rounds, protects property and people and writes reports.
