Clear operational procedures
Access and identification
Identity check of everyone entering the site (badge, card, written authorization), entry and exit log, access refused to unauthorised people.
Rounds and patrols
Rounds on defined schedules and routes, checks of sensitive access points and emergency exits, anomalies noted in the round log.
Inspections and searches
Carried out respectfully and within the law, with a witness where possible and by an agent of the same sex for any direct contact.
Surveillance and technology
Continuous monitoring of video screens, checks of alarms, sensors and smoke detectors, reporting of any malfunction.
Fire prevention
Knowledge of extinguishers, alarms and emergency exits; ability to trigger the alarm and guide an evacuation; taking part in drills.
Information security
Photos and videos are forbidden on site without permission; protection of areas holding sensitive data.

Integrity and honesty
Agents must neither accept gifts nor solicit benefits linked to their duties.
Confidentiality
Any information obtained in the course of work is strictly confidential.
Neutrality and impartiality
No discrimination based on race, sex, religion, opinion or social status; no political or religious opinions while on duty.
Appearance and conduct
Neat appearance, regulation uniform, respect, politeness and courtesy toward everyone.
Respect for procedures
Rigorous application of instructions; any fault or negligence may lead to disciplinary action.
Professional responsibility
Immediately report any unusual situation and use the equipment entrusted correctly.
A 16-module training programme
3 days of mandatory initial training for new agents and 1 day of refresher training.
